Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund on orders placed online if returns are made within 15 days from the date of the delivery. If you need to return the products purchased online from us for any reason, we will happily provide you with a 100% refund or exchange and shipping charges to and fro will be on us.

Products purchased from retail stores can only be exchanged for 100% value if returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. You may exchange it for any other product from Mr. Johari online/retail store, No refunds on the customized/International and Coin Order returns. No Exchange on the International Orders.
